It's no secret that Jackie Chan is a world famous movie star. But his teaching resume might just catch up to his acting resume. In January 2004, he was appointed as an honorary professor in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. That same year, he was appointed by Peking University as a visiting professor giving lectures at the school. In April 2006, he was appointed as an honorary professor at the Civil Aviation Flight University of China in Central China's Wuhan province. In December 2006, he was appointed as a visiting professor at the Beijing Film Academy. He would go on to sponsor three students to film their own movies. In September 2008, Savannah College of Art and Design made him an honorary professor. He said he wanted to pass his experiences in acting to more and more people.
