He Jiong, a Chinese TV host who recently also became a director, has been known as "Teacher He" for a long time. This is not just a stage name; he was in fact a teacher at Beijing Foreign Studies University after he graduated in 1977. Teacher He taught at the university for a decade before his TV hosting gigs interfered with his teaching schedule forcing him to resign from the university.
