The exhibition, titled "Tianjin's Story," was created for the 609th anniversary of the establishment of Tianjin. The event's main theme is, "promoting Tianjin culture and building up a cultural inheriting platform," and has collected thousands of art pieces from over 5,000 students. The student art demonstrates historical events, local conditions and customs and civil culture. December 23 is the date used to memorialize the city's establishment.
