Zesty summer drink

Take respite from the sweltering heat with summer cocktail concoctions at the Hilton Shanghai. Its new drink menu features vodka with fruit juice, pieces of fresh fruit and honey. The lemon grass martini and apple martini are among the favorites and the non-alcoholic drinks include frozen coffee and winterberry. Drinks are available at the Lobby Pavilion or Penthouse Bar on 39 throughout the summer for 65 yuan, plus a 15 percent service charge per glass.
