Hunan woman sails 20,000 km across Pacific

A woman from Changsha, Hunan province, sailed more than 20,000 km in 300 days with her husband to realize their dream of traveling the world, Changsha Evening Newspaper reported on March 10.
Wan Jinyu, 51, of Changsha, met her husband, Rolf Nylander, a Swede, online on Aug 9, 2007. They married on Nov 8 that year in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, where Wan has her business.
On Nov 8, 2012, the couple started their journey from western Mexico to mark their wedding anniversary and realization of their mutual dream.
The couple traveled across the Pacific, visiting 38 islands in seven countries and regions. They ended their difficult but exciting trip on Feb 7, when they reached the Philippines.
