Chinese mainland, HK sign new supplement to CEPA

HONG KONG -- The Chinese central government and the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region signed here Thursday a new supplement to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, or CEPA.
