Alibaba said to get $3b credit

Alibaba Group Holding Ltd, China's biggest e-commerce company, completed a $3 billion loan with about 20 banks, according to two people familiar with the matter.
Four lenders joined the six arranging banks with commitments of $300 million each, and other banks commit lower amounts.
Alibaba's Hong Kong-based spokesman John Spelich declined to comment.
