Towards a New Mode of Development for Chinese Think Tanks 2015-CASS-RDI published by China Social Sciences Press.

Towards a New Mode of Development for Chinese Think Tanks---CASS-RDI 2015 was jointly unveiled by National Institute of International Strategy, CASS and the CASS-RDI Project and organized by Glodon Software Co.,Ltd.

Zhao Baige, member of the NPC Standing Committee, vice-chair of the NPC Foreign Affairs Committee, vice-chair of the leading group in CASS-RDI, and chair of the Advisory Committee of CASS-RDI, said CASS-RDI is a new internationalized and professional type of think tank with Chinese characteristics and play an active role in arranging enterprises to join the "One Belt and One Road" Initiative.

Guo Yezhou, deputy director of the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the CPC said CASS-RDI possesses a relatively high reputation domestically and internationally although it is very young. It has evolved into a pioneer for new Chinese think tanks in the aspects of decision-making services, platform construction, achievement transformation, and the building of communication systems.

Zukang Sha, chairman of the China-Pakistan Friendship Association, honorary president of the International Green Economy Association, and former UN Deputy Secretary-General, said CASS-RDI has played a critical and active role in the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) in the past year. CASS-RDI is a typical example of a new-type think tank, integrating strategic thinking, systematic operation, and platform integration.

Diplomatic envoys and representatives from Pakistan, Georgia, Iran, Indonesia and Britain set a high value on the publication of CASS-RDI Report (2015), and conducted in-depth discussion about the joint efforts of China and other countries in constructing the "One Belt and One Road" Initiative.

The English version (soon to be published) will offer wider awareness of CASS-RDI, thereby promoting international cooperation on a broader scale.
