A customer undergoes fish spa treatment at the Argilab beauty center in Beirut Jan 5, 2011. Garra Rufa, also known as "doctor fish", is used to exfoliate feet or hands as they nibble away dead skin. The treatment is also known to help with skin conditions such as Psoriasis and eczema. Argilab is the first spa in Lebanon that offers this kind of treatment, according to its owner.
