0Summary: Richard Attias, founder of the New York Forum, speaks to China Daily in New York about the second Africa forum in Libreville, Gabon, June 14 to 16, 2013. The upcoming event will gather more than 600 global business and political leaders to examine key issues behind business and economic development across Africa. A delegation from China will attend the conference and offer their knowledge and expertise to the discussion and help plot a road map for turning opportunities discussed in the first Africa forum into a reality.
