"It'll be the first ever state visit by a Chinese president to Denmark, so we of course look very much forward to this new breakthrough in our cooperation," Danish Ambassador to China Friis Arne Petersen said in an interview with China Daily on June 12. The interview took place two days before Chinese President Hu Jintao left for Denmark.
The ambassador also revealed that during the visit government agencies and companies from the two countries will sign more than ten important agreements in a variety of fields including agriculture, industry, energy, education and culture.
