The Hungarian Talentis Group and CSST Smart Cities International held a conference at the Hungarian Embassy on March 6 to announce the launch of the Talentis Business Park project.
The park, which cost 140 million euros (about $185 million) and covers 196 hectares, is the first truly suburban office park that provides efficient and high-quality office space for firms in Central-Eastern Europe.
The first phase of the project was constructed on a 10.2-hectare site. It’s comprised of 100,000 square meters of top-notch offices. In January, Talentis Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Smart Cities to build the second phase on a 56- hectare site.
Smart Cities International, Ltd. is one of the Talentis Group’s largest strategical partners. Based in Shenzhen, it is a leading large-scale smart city solutions provider focusing on markets outside of China. In anticipation of the growing urbanization challenges faced by cities globally, Smart Cities International focuses on integrating smart, green and sustainable technologies to facilitate city-wide management.
