P90X is a workout program getting big in the United States - and has now come to Beijing. Simon Kubski, founder of social enterprise Impact, and Andrew McCallum, coproducer with famed Chinese producer Zhang Jizhong, have started this three months long workout in their own flat in Beijing. Every morning, they get up at 6 am no matter what weather to do a series of pull-ups, push-ups and weight lifting to get fit in 2011. Along with the workout, they follow a strict diet. This video demonstrates a life dedicated to P90X.
