If you blame typing a lot on the computer for forgetting how to write a character, how about using handwriting on a touch screen to replace the traditional input method. Mr Niu Xingyu is a researcher at Hanvon Technology Co Ltd. Hanvon is a leader in global intelligent character recognition technology. Mr Niu used the "use and disuse" theory to explain the phenomenon.
