Loch Ness Monster, a mythical creature thought to live in the Scottish Highlands, made with chips, Feb 19. UK artist Prudence Staite led her team to create a series of British landmarks using chips, a favorite potato snack in Britain, to celebrate the UK’s National Chip Week, from Feb 17 to 23, 2014.
