Have a bite of Jiangnan food

Meigancai is a famous Shaoxing specialty. First, vegetables are dried and marinated with salt, and then they are dried again and sealed in a jar. Because of the black color, the specialty is also referred to as “black dried vegetables.” Meigancai is often cooked with fatty pork which is another famous dish.
