Civic Exchange, Community for Road Safety and Designing Hong Kong are hosting an all-day conference offering numerous viewpoints from government, academic, engineering and planning professionals to discuss how pedestrian-friendly Hong Kong really is. Issues of vehicular connectivity and accessibility in lieu of comfort and quality of life will be addressed.

Bigger is better in the case of Mobile M+: Inflation! a series of six outdoor installations by participating artists Tam Wai-ping, Cao Fei and Jiakun Architects from China, South Korean Choi Jeong-hwa, British Jeremy Deller, American Paul McCarthy and Argentine Tomas Saraceno. The giant inflatable sculptures include mundane everyday objects blown completely out of proportion. Some are reflections of humans to their built environment.
