Vice-premier starts visit to Spain, Germany, Britain

BEIJING -- Chinese Vice-Premier Li Keqiang left Beijing Tuesday to pay official visits to Spain, Germany and Britain.

Li is making the visits at the invitation of the governments of the three countries.

Li's entourage includes Deputy Secretary-general of the State Council You Quan, China International Trade Representative and Vice Minister of Commerce Gao Hucheng, Vice Foreign Minister Fu Ying, Vice Chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission Xu Xianping, Deputy Director of the State Council Research Office Ning Jizhe and Deputy Governor of the People's Bank of China Yi Gang.

Chairman of the China Development Bank Chen Yuan will accompany Li to visit Germany. Vice-Minister of Railways Wang Zhiguo will join Li in his trip to Britain.
