11 killed in Russian military plane crash

MOSCOW - A Russian military cargo plane crashed on Tuesday in an area in the country's southwest near Moscow, leaving all the 11 crew members dead, the Itar-Tass news agency reported early Wednesday.

The Antonov plane crashed in the border area between the Tula and Oryol regions around 9:30 pm (1830 GMT), said the report.
