Tony Parker admits Longoria divorce was 'hard'

Tony Parker admits splitting from Eva Longoria was "hard".

The basketball star - whose divorce from the 'Desperate Housewives' actress was finalised in late January, almost three months after they separated - is hoping to move on with his life now, and despite his personal woes, still feels "lucky" in his life.

The 28-year-old sportsman told French radio station Europe1: "Divorce was hard. Like anyone else, I've learned that life is full of experiences, and you learn from your mistakes and go on.

"I've been really lucky in life. I've got super family, friends - that's what's most important. When you look around with what's going on in the world - with sick children, people in real difficulties - I have no right to complain."

Earlier this week, Eva, 35, also admitted she had found adjusting to single life after three years of marriage "hard" and said she was praying to God for help to get through this difficult patch.

She wrote on her twitter account: "Starting over is hard to do...but life goes on...I pray for strength, courage and wisdom on my new journey... (sic)"

Eva is reportedly dating singer Eduardo Cruz, the 25-year-old brother of Penelope Cruz.
