Christina Aguilera was living with ex and new man

Christina Aguilera has been living with both her boyfriend and her estranged husband.

The 'Burlesque' star agreed for new love Matt Rutler to move into her Beverly Hills home "weeks ago" but her spouse Jordan Bratman - with whom she has a two-year-old son Max - only departed the property on Tuesday (04.01.11).

A source told gossip website TMZ: "Thank God Jordan is moving out. It was getting really awkward, but Christina was letting Jordan stay for the sake of Max."

Christina, 30, was living in Los Angeles hotels after filing for divorce from Jordan, 33, in October 2010, after the music executive refused to move out of their home.

A source said recently: "It is difficult for Christina since he won't move out of the house.

"When she is back in Los Angeles she has to stay somewhere even if she's with their son."

However, the singer-and-actress eventually had a change of heart and returned to the family home, and was soon joined by Matt.

Christina recently admitted she felt "love" for "special" Matt.

She gushed: "There's a love there, yes. Matthew is a special person. We had a really strong friendship on the movie. He's the kind of person you could spend hours on the phone talking to and all of a sudden it's daylight.

"Once I filed for divorce, we started dating. I'm not trying to jump into anything. I just left a five-year marriage. I'm taking it slow and trying to be happy. I'm having fun, I'm dating and it's something I haven't had in a really long time."
