Time: Nov 11, 2016 - Mar 12, 2017
Titled "Why Not Ask Again? Maneuvers, Disputations & Stories", the exhibition was curated by Raqs Media Collective, an Indian artist group founded in 1992. The biennale will mainly explore the possibilities of "South-South cooperation", and intends to present an open art world transcending the disparities between the East and West.
