A picture taken on Jan 5, 2011 shows a seven-storey apartment building in Mianyang city of southwest China's Sichuan province. The staircases of the five floors below were demolished by developers while the family living on the top floor hasn't moved yet. Zhao Yanhong, the woman who lives on the top floor, said she refused to move due to inadequate compensation. The developer claimed that the demolition is part of reconstruction program of the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake and the building they demolished has been listed as dangerous building. [Photo/CFP]
