 A picture taken on Jan 5, 2011 shows a seven-storey apartment building in Mianyang city of southwest China's Sichuan province. The staircases of the five floors below were demolished by developers while the family living on the top floor hasn't moved yet. Zhao Yanhong, the woman who lives on the top floor, said she refused to move due to inadequate compensation.
