China vows to advance economic exchanges with Africa

BEIJING - China has pledged to continue to promote economic exchanges with Africa within bilateral or multilateral frameworks amid a changing world.
The Information Office of the State Council, China's Cabinet, said in a white paper on China-Africa economic and trade cooperation published Thursday.

On the principles of equality, mutual benefit and common development, China will continue to broaden the scope and explore new methods of cooperation and share the fruits of development with the African countries, it said.
The 29-page white paper is China's first of the kind on the country's economic and trade cooperation with Africa.
