TOKYO - A car collided into a truck in Japan's Hokkaido late Wednesday, leaving two Hong Kong tourists dead and another seriously injured, said Liu Zhijian, an official from the Chinese consulate general in Sapporo on Thursday.
A driver and a 9-year-old girl were killed and another seriously injured in the car smash. And the rest six remained intact, he said.
The Chinese consulate general is now helping cope with the aftermath of the traffic accident, he said.
