Anyone with enterprise, ideas and a burning desire to excel in his or her field can now seek to benefit from a slew of supportive government policies and initiatives. For instance, the Belt and Road Initiative has created new opportunities on an unprecedented scale across economic sectors (manufacturing, agriculture and services) and across industries. Arguably, the benefits of this phenomenal inclusive policy support would accrue not just to China but the world at large. The following special package celebrates 10 successful foreigners who hit pay dirt by starting up in China, in the process capturing the essence of the ongoing transformation of the Chinese economy.
