International businessmen have been busy importing fan flags for the upcoming World Cup, mostly from the Yiwu International Trade City. Statistics from the Yiwu customs office show that sporting goods shipped to Brazil were worth $1.25 million in the first quarter, up 41.7 percent from a year earlier. Total exports from the township stood at $64.2 million in the same period, growing 15.8 percent year-on-year.
