China's stocks end 0.14% higher Tuesday

BEIJING - Chinese stocks kept Monday's upward trend to end higher Tuesday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.14 percent to 2,927.08 points.

Total turnover fell to 284.51 billion yuan ($42.78 billion) from 290.74 billion yuan the previous trading day.
Winners outnumbered losers 643 to 228 in Shanghai and 888 to 221 in Shenzhen.
