LONDON - Chinese President Xi Jinping started talks with British Prime Minister David Cameron on Wednesday afternoon at 10 Downing Street.
Xi arrived in London on Monday evening for a state visit to Britain at the invitation of Queen Elizabeth II. It is the first state visit by a Chinese president in 10 years.
