Soul of Spain

Visiting chef Erlantz Gorostiza, who helms the kitchen of the Michelin two-starred M.B Restaurant in Tenerife, Canary Islands, will present a selection of the restaurant's signature dishes at Grill 79 from Saturday to Tuesday. Recognized for taking advantage of the unique geographical location and climatic conditions, Gorostiza couples rich colors with the diverse food culture of Spain. Dishes include surprises like slightly pickled oyster with cucumber sake slush – and the chef's take on licorice ice cream.
