The aroma of the pineapple penetrates and mixes with that of the rice. This dish is rich in iron, calcium, and protein.

To make, make stir-fry as usual. You can choose to add meat or go vegetarian. Be sure to add pineapple chunks at the end. Stir-fry just to warm the pinapple up and avoid overcooking as it will make your rice soggy. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Use a halved pinapple as the bowl to serve the dish for better presentation.
