The owner of the penthouse had reportedly demolished the 100-square-meter house and built a private garden on the rooftop, which is illegal.

Jiang Zhixian, vice-mayor of Ruichang city in Jiangsu province, elaborates on her previous comment that she would not seek compensation from the government if her child is sexually assaulted.
