Upcoming visits from top dignitaries

Chinese Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Qiu Guohong said on Sept 17 that the top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong-un would visit China sometime in 2015, according to media of the ROK.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei said on Jan 8 that China sent a message of congratulation to the DPRK on the birthday of its top leader.
China and the DPRK are friendly neighbors and enjoy a long-standing tradition of friendly exchanges, said Hong.
