Chinese, Russian presidents hold talks in Shanghai

SHANGHAI, May 20 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday morning started talks with visiting Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Russian president arrived in Shanghai earlier Tuesday to start his state visit to China and attend the fourth summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia.
