DPRK urges stopping hostile acts with ROK

PYONGYANG - The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Thursday called for stopping verbal and military hostile acts and starting to take concrete measures on Jan. 30 to prevent a "nuclear disaster" between the two sides of the Korean Peninsula.
