Egyptian FM visits Algeria for enhancing ties

ALGIERS - Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika Sunday received in Algiers the visiting Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmi, APS news agency reported.
Fahmi, who presented to Bouteflika a message on behalf of Egyptian interim President Adli Mansour, discussed with the president bilateral relations and ways of developing them.
The two officials also exchanged views on a couple of international issues of common interests, including the situation in the Arab World and Africa.
The meeting was also attended by Algerian Foreign Minister Ramtane Lamamra, APS reported.
Earlier in the day, Fahmi met with Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal, a statement of the prime minister's office said.
Upon his arrival in Algeria on Sunday, Fahmi told reporters that his visit is part of constant dialogue between the two brotherly countries linked by common regional and international interests.
