Reception held to mark 20 years of China-Lithuania ties

The Lithuanian embassy in China held a reception on Wednesday evening celebrating the 20th anniversary of the diplomatic ties between China and Lithuania.

Since the two countries established diplomatic ties on Sept 14, 1991, China-Lithuania relations have developed healthily and smoothly.

On Sept 14 this year, Chinese President Hu Jintao and President of Republic of Lithuania Grybauskaite exchanged congratulatory messages to mark the 20th anniversary.
