The creative Kew Space by Kew Green Hotels subverts the traditional concept of a hotel lobby and creates the most in-style leisure social space. From the moment step into the hotel, a sip of coffee, a taste of a light dish, a browse of books, a small talk with friends, Kew Green Hotels’ free and cozy greeting culture can be well-perceived.
“In the past ten years, China’s upper scale hotels grew fast and underlined the fact that the upper scale hotel market is currently amply supplied; for the budget hotels market, the increasing rental and labor costs make it difficult to achieve ROI. Recently, Chinese middle scale hotels’ market started to boom,” said Huang Peng, board director and executive general manager of HK CTS Hotels Co Ltd.
“Most of the Chinese middle scale hotels are simply taking on more or fewer facilities on the basis of budget hotels and five-star business hotels. But for Kew Green Hotels, we are not doing the add or subtract business. To develop China’s middle scale hotel market, we should realize the insight of the young generation customers from the beginning, providing them professional service, a safe guarantee, and reliable brand promise. They favor stylish, sleek hotels providing quality and personalized services with affordable prices. That’s what Kew Green Hotels do. I’m quite confident in Kew Green Hotels development in the future.”
HK CTS Hotels will open its first Kew Green Hotel in Hong Kong in November.
