The 2nd World Leisure Expo opens in Hangzhou

A leisure-themed performance was held at the bank of Xianghu Lake in Hangzhou to celebrate the opening of the second World Leisure Expo on September 17, 2011.

Entitled "Leisure Enhances the Quality of Life", the 2nd World Leisure Expo will last from September to November. The expo was organized by World Tourism Organization, World Leisure Organization, United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, General Administration of Sport of China and The People's Government of Zhejiang province. There are three main venues in Hangzhou, including one at Xianghu Lake, Baima Lake and Qiandao Lake. Visitors can see different exhibitions in these venues.

Hangzhou will also hold a fireworks performance, an international leisure food exhibition, an international concert and a beer festival.
