Juergen Kiessling, 65, known as "Mr World Cup" by colleagues in Berlin, shot himself in the head hours after the 2006 World Cup final on July 10, 2006, when Italy beat France 5-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw. He died four days after being rushed to hospital from his home in Reinickendorf, a suburb of Berlin. He was responsible for the "Fan Mile" in Berlin city center, a concourse where giant screens showed matches to hundreds of thousands of fans unable to get tickets. [Photo/icpress.cn]
