The lives of same-sex couples are still mysterious for many Chinese people, although the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) community has to some extent gained recognition around the world.
It took photographer Wu Linhong a year to record the same-sex relationship between Lin Daqi and Zhou Xiaomai. In Wu's words, what touched the photographer the most was that Lin and Zhou have never doubted their love and always supported each other unconditionally.
As Zhou said," Life is too short. Why can't we just do what we want to do and love whoever we fall for?"
