Curbs lifted: July 28
Shijiazhuang, the capital of Hebei province, canceled property purchase restrictions on the same day as Zhejiang's affluent Hangzhou city. The city's average new home prices in July stood at 7,040 yuan per square meter, up 1.47 percent month on month.
