People are entitled to an opinion on homosexuals but that does not mean they are right. Actress Lu Liping's comments don't come as a surprise, especially because she has used a religious text to justify her beliefs.
I think that Lu should debate with Taiwan TV host Kevin Tsai on the issue, because I do not believe that just mainstream news coverage (which is something that I praise) will bring enough to the issue.
If people are not held accountable for what they believe in then very little progress will be made.
