The Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Man Wah will host a wine dinner with Joseph Phelps Winery, a prestigious family-owned estate in Napa Valley at 7:30 pm on Thursday. The six-course menu created by chef de cuisine Man-Sing Lee is HK$1,988 (plus 10-percent service charge) per guest. Reservations: 852-2825-4003.
The Chinnery bar hosts a special pairing dinner on April 23 featuring a variety of Hennessey cognacs. The evening will begin with cocktails and canapes at 7:30 pm followed by a four-course dinner created by executive chef Uwe Opocensky. Cost: HK$1,688 (plus 10-percent service charge); reservations: 852-2825-4009.
