Grand finales
Guests at the Chaine des Rotisseurs dinner at Bistrot B finished their meal with the flaming fanfare of a baked Alaska. While that striking dessert was made for the occasion, everyday diners can enjoy a finishing sweet that's both impressive and as French as they come: an astonishingly light souffle made with amaretto and finished with a dollop of apricot puree.
