The Yuyuan China Day Festival, featuring Chinese flour-made food kicked off at Yuyuan Garden, Shanghai on Nov 1, 2014. An array of noodles and wheaten snacks were shown on the opening day, such as Shanxi Daobo noodles, Inner Mongolia shao-mai and Xi'an permission pancakes. The festival will last until Nov 16.
