Cake museum opens in Anhui

Huizhou District Cake Museum is open to the public from Jan 12, 2014. It covers an area of more than 9,600 square meters. The three-storey museum houses a vast collection of ancient cooking tools in Hui culture and showcases how the food culture has developed over the years. The Hui culture refers to a civilization that originated in southern Anhui province and centered on the ancient Huizhou prefecture. It later spread to other parts of China. [Photo/Asianewsphoto] |
