Tibetans, whose tastes are similar with people’s in China’ southwest Sichuan province, love chili. Tibetan bean jelly with chili is one of their favorite snacks. Bean jelly is made from amylum which needs to be melted with heat and then refrigerated. People usually like adding some condiments such as salt, chili and monosodium glutamate to make it taste better.
