Q: According to some responses from participants, many of their colleagues, friends and people who have learned of the program are eager to join, but it is now over. Could you share some of the key points they need to master that might benefit their careers?

A: First, I think better intercultural communication is the winner's card.

Friction during the execution of contracts often happens due to differing cultural backgrounds.

We need to take a positive attitude and consider more cultural factors in dealing with those problems.

Second, mutual respect for each other is crucial. For example, when doing business with Muslims, we should respect their traditions in all aspects including work time, food and methods of signing agreements.

Third, be honest and trustworthy.

Business partners from western and northern Europe need a high level of creditability - for example, that contracts signed online can be trusted.

With a view to long-term profits and interests, always being reliable yields mutually beneficial outcomes.
