The former couple, who split in 2007 after seven years of marriage and have two children together, Ava, 14, and Deacon, 10, found a buyer for their shared duplex last month just 18 days after putting it on the market.
The divorced duo made a $266,500 profit from the sale, as they bought the property in Los Angeles for $1.17 million in October 2005 and sold it for $1.44 million property on January 17, according to real estate website Trulia.com.
The 'Cruel Intentions' stars apparently decided to hold on to the two-unit property through the real estate market downturn and listed it for $1.39 million in December 2013 after remodelling it.
Reese and Ryan are likely to have welcomed the good news as they both struggled to shift other properties recently.
The 37-year-old actress, who has a 17-month-old son, Tennessee, with her husband Jim Toth, recently sold her ranch in Ojai, California for $4.98 million after originally putting it on the market for $10 million.
The Oscar-winner decided to offload the lavish estate shortly after marrying Jim, who is Matthew McConaughey's agent, there in 2011.
While 'Lincoln Lawyer' star Ryan, 38, lost $1.17 million when he sold his mansion on the Sunset Strip in March 2013.
